Who I am

I'm Carlos Balart. I've spent fifteen years in Miami real estate, specialized in high-net-worth Latin American clients who come to Florida to live, invest, or diversify.

My job isn't to show you towers or send you listings. Any algorithm can do that. My job is to understand what problem you want to solve — living in Miami part of the year, moving capital out of LatAm, buying for your kids, securing the family Plan B — and translate that into a buying decision that makes sense over 5 and 10 years.

That often means telling you that the project you saw on Instagram isn't for you. Or that the neighborhood you'd like to live in doesn't match your ticket. Or that the pre-construction circulating in your friend group has a payment structure that doesn't fit your cash flow.

I work bilingually (Spanish / English), with clients in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico. I guide both pre-construction purchases starting at $400K in Brickell and $20M+ tickets in Sunny Isles or Bal Harbour.
